International Company completes the purchase of Amazon e-commerce assets of private BC company for the amount of $300,000. The sale of Amazon e-commerce assets included inventory located across Canada, goodwill, and intellectual property, including trade secrets, assignment of registered trademarks through the World Intellectual Property Office, transfer of advertising and marketing material, supplier and supply chain information.
