Estate of Renowned Author inks Multi-Book Publishing Agreement with French Publisher

Velletta Pedersen Christie represented the Estate of a renowned international authorand Nobel Prize Candidate with a team led by Sankar Nair, who attended drafting and negotiating a multi-book publishing agreement with a French media conglomerate to translate, publish, distribute, and sell the author’s books by way of traditional and digital means. Sankar helped negotiate key provisions, including advances, royalties, subsidiary rights, revenue reporting and audit rights.
