Nicholas takes a client-centred approach to family law. He has argued successfully in the Provincial Court of British Columbia as well as numerous tribunals. He takes pride in negotiating positive outcomes for clients while always being prepared to go to court if required.

Nicholas articled at The Law Centre, a Victoria-based poverty law clinic, before his call to the bar in 2022. He previously worked for the BC Provincial Government and the University of Victoria. While in law school, he served on the Board of Editors of Appeal, the student law journal.

Nicholas was raised in Victoria and can often be found in the city’s parks with his dog. In his free time, he paints portraits of animals and humans alike.
