A born and raised Victorian, Cadeyrn obtained his law degree from the University of Victoria in 2014, before commencing his legal career with Velletta & Company, our predecessor firm.

Cadeyrn has eclectic experience as a small-business owner, and high-performance athlete. Prior to attending law school Cadeyrn worked in a variety of construction roles, acquiring knowledge that serves him well in his construction law practice.

Cadeyrn focuses his practice on providing practical and cost-effective representation to individuals and businesses, with the goal of avoiding disputes. Where disputes are unavoidable, Cadeyrn gives actionable advice and strategic insight to mitigate the situation.

Cadeyrn has successfully appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Cadeyrn also believes that the best way to avoid litigation is before a dispute even happens, and enjoys helping businesses with incorporations, contracts, and risk management in order to avoid disputes and litigation.
